Most items ship within 1-2 business days. If you need an item sooner than shipping options available at checkout, please send me a note at hello@carolyn-fauteux.com to arrange for faster delivery - I will do my best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS
Above all else, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note colors online are not always a perfect match to what you see on screen. I encourage potential buyers to ask as many questions as needed before making their purchase, as works cannot be returned for misrepresentation.
Custom art work and hand dyed products are not eligible for return at this time.
If a package is visibly damaged from the outside, buyer has the right to deny delivery.
